Consulting/ Speaking

Rich Taylor is highly qualified to speak and consult on a number of prevalent issues ranging from how to run a youth league team, practice organization, to pitching mechanics and arm care. His agenda's are concise, interactive, insightful and bring to light the need to learn the skills that can enable adults to educate our youth players. Topics covered include parent /coach relationships, qualities a good youth coach should possess, five step teaching process and how to do it, correct evaluations of players, how to work with kids that have learning disabilities, coach and parent  season objectives, safety on the field and how to always keep the kids best interest at hand.

There are coaching clinics for fundamentals and learning the skills, and then there is reality. Rich deals with reality, both intangible and tangible subjects. He's a plus to any coaching clinic and a great lecturer on the perils and joys of a youth league season. Parents find him upbeat and trustworthy and coaches admire his candor. He points out faults and how to correct them and dispells the myths of youth sports. His greatest sharing tool is how to provide a quality of life for the family amidst the year round grind of sports.

Rich can travel to your location, attend a practice, speak at your clinic and consult on any number of issues concerning your league or organization. To schedule or contact him go to rjtaylor23@yahoo.com.

Golf Consulting

For 8 years Rich Taylor managed golf courses for American Golf Corporation and became a leader in service excellence for the customer. He championed teams in the Western Region that spoke on how to bring a 'Raving Fans' mentality to each facility. His own properties routinely increased yearly profits and stood among the top ten in the company in rounds played and customer satisfaction. Knollwood Country Club in Los Angeles was the Los Angeles County Course of the year in 1992 under his tutelage. His understanding and knack for knowing the customer /employee relationship is uncanny. If you'd like to have him visit your facility and be a secret shopper or advise you on how to become a service excellence leader, or perhaps to be a guest speaker for your staff in the area of customer service, contact Rich
