RJT Sports Training 'Hit Like You Can' mini camps and private instruction are designed to develop sound hitting fundamentals, establish a game plan to achieve success and create new habits that can be appled in a competitive environment. Every player is encouraged to be themselves and not become cookie cutter hitters that all look the same. Individuality is stressed. The teaching methodologies we apply take this into consideration and we deal extensively in visual concepts that youth players can relate to. We bring the teaching to a level they can absorb. Every player becomes a member of our RJT Sports Training 4H Batting Club.

Our pitching philosophy is practically a mirror image of our hitting instruction, which is, getting a player ready for a competitive game atmoshere, while applying the skills he's learned and staying within himself. Players will learn the Four Cornerstones of pitching, pitching bio-mechanics, arm care and develop mental cues that will help them maintain a level of consistency during the game. A routine and regimen will be established for every student so they'll know proper warm up procedures and post game cool downs. A lot of our bio-mechanic  principles are based on research and studies done by the American Sports Medical Insitute ( www.asmi.org ).
